A deposit is required to secure your treatment appointment. If you do not attend or cancel without 24 hours notice the deposit will be retained to cover the cost of the allocated surgery time.

Patients who wish to cancel a dental appointment must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If less notice is given without a valid reason, the appointment will be recorded as a broken appointment.
