Together with my younger sister Kim, I run our family dental practice. Working together means we have created a practice that feels welcoming, down-to-earth and genuinely focused on what matters most—our patients. I graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2006 and have been practicing dentistry ever since. I am a certified Invisalign provider and enjoy helping patients achieve straighter, healthier smiles through discreet and modern orthodontic solutions. My clinical focus is in restorative dentistry, with a particular passion for crown and composite work. I take great pride in delivering results that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, using a gentle and meticulous approach. What I value most is building long-term relationships with my patients. I believe trust, open communication, and truly understanding each persons needs are the foundation of excellent care. Outside of dentistry, I am very family oriented and love spending time with my two daughters. That sense of family and balance is something I bring into my approach to dentistry everyday. I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside my sister, sharing a vision for a practice that puts people first.

I graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2013 and have been working as a general dental practitioner ever since. In 2023, I took over the practice with my older sister, Hardip. Family is really important to both of us, so it felt right to take this step together and create a welcoming, patient-centred practice for the community of Wallingford and surrounding areas. I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry, but I have a particular interest in restorative work and root canal treatments. I’ve completed further training in both, including a Certificate in Advanced Endodontics and an Advanced Operative Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry Course. I’m also a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons and a certified Invisalign provider. I’m especially keen to make endodontics my main area of special interest and continue developing my skills in this field. Outside of work, I love to travel and spend time with my little boy. Being a mum has definitely made me even more understanding when it comes to putting patients at ease—especially children and anyone who feels nervous about visiting the dentist.
Croft House Dental Surgery is proudly owned and led by sisters Dr. Hardip Kaur Aujla and Dr. Kimardip (Kim) Kaur Aujla. Dentistry has always been our long-term dream, and we feel privileged to have brought that dream to life together. Our parents have supported us throughout our careers, and we are truly grateful for their encouragement and guidance along the way. Our patient-centred approach is at the heart of everything we do. As a specialist hub, we welcome referrals from across Oxfordshire and are proud to offer the latest in modern dentistry, including advanced technology such as a CBCT scanner and microscope. We are supported by an amazing team of nurses, receptionists, highly skilled specialists, associates and therapist/hygienists, all working together to provide the highest standard of care in a warm, welcoming environment. In 2023, we renovated the practice to better meet our patients’ needs, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all, including full disability access. As sisters, we’ve always shared a close bond, and our complementary personalities make running the practice both smooth and rewarding. Since taking over Croft House Dental Surgery two years ago, we have grown even closer both personally and professionally, and we are proud to shape a practice where patients truly come first.

Dr. Shivani Patel
Dentist with a Special Interest in Periodontology

Dr Shivani is a highly experienced dentist with a Special Interest in Periodontology—the area of dentistry focused on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gum disease, including periodontitis. She graduated with honours from the prestigious Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Dental Institute in London, achieving distinctions in her final examinations. After several years in general practice, Shivani was selected for the competitive Enhanced Clinical Periodontics programme at King’s College London. She then went on to complete a Master’s degree in Periodontology with distinction at the world-renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute. For the past decade, Shivani has focused her clinical work on the management of periodontal disease. She offers a range of evidence-based treatments, with a particular emphasis on non-surgical periodontal therapy to treat periodontitis and restore gum health. Her approach is thorough yet gentle, and she is committed to delivering high-quality care tailored to each patient’s needs. Shivani is passionate about patient education and believes strongly in empowering individuals to take control of their oral health. She takes time to explain the causes and progression of gum disease, ensuring patients understand how to maintain long-term results through home care and regular maintenance. She is also experienced in supporting nervous or anxious patients, helping them feel comfortable and confident during treatment. Outside of her clinical work, Shivani enjoys spending time with her young family, cooking, travelling, and reading.
Dr Katerina Rousea

Katerina earned a degree in dentistry at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece in 1998 and has since developed a special interest in Orthodontics. She has experience of over 25 years practising in the UK NHS and privately funded Orthodontics, treating children, teenagers and adults alike. She has completed the European Masters of Aligners course as well as the prestigious American Intensive Aligner Fellowship. Katerina has treated over 700 patients with Invisalign aligners and has achieved Invisalign Platinum Elite II Provider status. Her background in Cosmetic dentistry and Facial Aesthetics, help her to offer her patients beautiful, healthy smiles with emphasis in achieving facial harmony as well as reflecting their personality. Katerina prides herself in truly listening to and addressing her patients' concerns. She finds extremely rewarding the life enhancing effect and increased confidence of her patients following their bespoke orthodontic treatment.

Mohit graduated from the acclaimed school of dentistry at Birmingham University in 1997 and has actively pursued his education in the USA, Europe and London’s Harley Street, being fortunate enough to have studied under some of dentistry’s leading lights. Mohit has spent almost 20 years as a practice owner and clinical principal in Warwickshire and now consults in the fields of Endodontics and Implant dentistry as a dentist with a special interest in these clinical disciplines. He is delighted to accept referrals from colleagues locally. Mohit has held Key Opinion Leader roles within the dental industry and has lectured nationally in Endodontics remaining passionate about the profession and now wishes to take an active role in teaching and mentoring the next generation of talented young dentists in the U.K. Outside of the profession Mohit loves all things sporting and watching his teenage children thrive.

Dr. Baha Bagdadi is a highly skilled and experienced dentist with a special interest in oral surgery, bringing over two decades of expertise to Croft House Dental. Qualified with a DDS from Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry, Turkey (2001), Dr. Bagdadi holds full registration with the General Dental Council (GDC no: 227851). His extensive career includes roles as a Specialty Doctor and Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at prestigious institutions such as Buckinghamshire Hospitals, Oxford John Radcliffe Hospital, St George’s Hospital in London and Harley Street Specialist Hospital. With training in head and neck oncology, maxillofacial trauma, and deformity surgery, Dr. Bagdadi is proficient in minor oral surgery and implant placement. His commitment to clinical excellence is evidenced by multiple audits improving patient care and operational efficiency, as well as two Superior Serving Signs awarded during his service as a Lieutenant Dental Officer in the Turkish Air Force. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Bagdadi enjoys an active social life, practicing martial arts (Aikido) and coaching rugby. Dr. Bagdadi is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care and is available at Croft House Dental every Tuesday to serve patients with professionalism and precision.

Hi, I’m Moe, a Dental Therapist who graduated from King’s College London in 2023. My main focus is general dentistry, but my real goal is making sure patients feel comfortable (and maybe even smile) in the chair. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll probably find me chasing the northern lights, helping out with charity work, or reassuring my family that I don’t actually collect toothbrushes for fun.
